An organisation keeps what your firm is, how its work looks and the rules its AI briefs follow in one place. Everyone in it starts from the same brand and templates. Your own Preppits, notes and voice notes stay private to you: the organisation sees counts, never content.
Start one under People and access, or ask a colleague for your firm's join link.

Short sentences every piece of work for the firm must follow. They're saved, but not yet added to briefs. When they are, they'll be labelled as the firm's rules and kept apart from each person's notes.
Client names, rates and anything else that should be replaced with a label for everyone in the firm before it reaches an AI. Saved, but not yet applied to briefs.
When off, originals are not retained for any member’s uploads, including personal work. Existing originals are unchanged.

Signed up with Google or a sign-in link? Set A password for the Mac app under Profile first. The Mac app uses that password once to make its own private connection.

Your words and where each comment ended up stay in your account and your organisation. Beyond that, only patterns are shared, such as "people say 'bottom right' for the logo", never your words or your pages. Kept for 180 days, deleted with your account, and you can delete it all now.

The export is a JSON file of every canvas, stack and note, with week-long links to your pictures and voice notes.
